Are installation services provided?
No, we do not provide installation services. A step-by-step manual is included to help your electrician with the installation.
How long will my orders arrive?
You will be able to receive your orders from 3 - 5 working days after payment has been made.
Do you charge for delivery?
Delivery is complimentary for orders above $1,000.
Orders below $1,000 may opt for self-collection at our showroom from Tuesday - Sunday, 11:00 - 19:00.
Do you ship overseas?

Do you provide warranty coverage?
We provide 3-year on-site warranty coverage and a 1-1 exchange on a case to case basis.
Our warranty does not apply to damaged items resulting from misuse, abuse, defective maintenance, normal wear & tear, incorrect installation, damage caused by third-party installers, and products damaged after delivery was made.
Do you offer refunds if the product is unsatisfactory?
We do not offer refunds. We encourage customers to drop by our showroom and view the product before making the purchase.
